But there is also another way that you
can help to keep this environment healthy and clean
As a beach visitor you can:
- use the litter bins provided on the beach
- walk, rent a bike or take the local bus to get
to the beach
- follow instructions of local beach codes, also
about safety
- respect the nature of the beach and its surroundings
- limit your use of water and electricity where
you are staying
- specifically choose a holiday site that cares
for its environment
As a marina visitor you can:
- bring all your waste back to be disposed into bins
on land
- dispose of oil, paints, cleaners and other chemicals
only into designated containers
- use the toilets and washing facilities of the
marina - do not use the boat toilet when in the marina or close
to shore
- limit your use of chemicals as much as possible
- respect the nature near the marina and where you
sail
- specifically choose a marina that cares for its
environment

The environment
health is for you, as for us the most
important target
